What is the material of the planters?

Good question! All of our planters are of glazed ceramic material.

My Palette Pot arrived damaged, what do I do?

Oh no! That's not good, and we feel your pain. We packaged all products with extra cushion and care and marked as fragile, so it is protected from any damage. That doesn't guarantee the shipping process can provide the same attention. When you receive a damaged product, we are here to help! If your Palette Pot comes damaged, send us an email as soon as possible, along with pictures of the damage to help@palettepots.com or info@palettepots.com with the subject [damaged palette pot - your order number]. Do you have pots for larger plants?

We're currently working on providing palette pots for your very mature plants, and we hope to give you an update very soon :-).

Why does my pot look different from the photo on the site?

Our pots are handcrafted and hand-painted by a great team and ceramic experts based in China. We work hard to ensure all pots come out as precisely as possible. Because of the special care and intimate, handy work of our staff, some pots may come with unique features and what we like to call, birthmarks. 

There is a mark on my planter, can I return it? 

We can only accept returns on damaged planters meaning they have broken while in transit to you. 

Do you provide refunds?

We only provide store credit at this time for any returns.

How much is shipping?

Below are our shipping rates:

  • Orders under $20: $8 Flat Fee Shipping
  • Orders $20 and over $15 Flat Fee Shipping

    Please note shipping rates and options can differ during holiday seasons and poor weather conditions.

    How long does shipping take?

    Palette Pots and our shipping partners are doing our best under difficult circumstances to deliver your order quickly and safely during this time. Due to the precautions we are taking in light of COVID-19, we are experiencing longer shipping times than expected.

    Orders ship within 5-7 business days to arrive at your door. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your item(s) have been packed and ready to ship with tracking information.

    We are only shipping domestically within the US. We are not shipping products internationally at the moment but very soon!

    Do you provide wholesale?

    We do not sell or provide on wholesale unfortunately.

    Do you ship internationally?

    US shipping only at the time. We hope to ship internationally in the near future. 

    How do I clean my Palette Pot?

    1. When you empty your Palette Pot of plants and soil, use a stiff brush or dish scrubber to brush off and remove any loose dirt or mineral buildup on your pot.
    2. Use a mixture of mild dish soap, baking soda, and water with your stiff brush and scrub the stains. You may need to use some steel wool on stubborn stains and discoloration.
    3. Rinse the pot thoroughly to remove all of the soap mixtures before repotting.
