Shipping and Returns
Palette Pots and our shipping partners are doing our best under difficult circumstances to deliver your order quickly and safely during this time. Due to the precautions we are taking in light of COVID-19, we are experiencing longer ship times than expected.
Orders ship within 5-7 business days to arrive at your door. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your item(s) have been packed and ready to ship with tracking information.
We are only shipping domestically within the US. We are not shipping products internationally at the moment but very soon!
Below are our shipping rates:
- Orders under $20: $8 Flat Fee Shipping
- Orders $20 and over: $15 Flat Fee Shipping
- Order $100 and over: Free

First and foremost, thank you for shopping at Palette Pots! We understand things may not work as planned when purchasing an item, so we are here to help!
We only accept returns for damaged planters. If your Palette Pot comes damaged, send us an email as soon as possible, along with pictures of the damage to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject [damaged palette pot - your order number]. The body of the email should include your first and last name, at least three photos of the damaged planter pot, your email address, and order number. You will receive an email notification within 48 business hours to confirm replacement or proper next steps after we have received your return notification.
